CLEANING AND TESTING OF PETROL INJECTORS

We clean and test petrol injectors. We do this for both direct and indirect injection petrol engines.

By adding bio ethanol to petrol, this becomes a larger part of our work. Holding back, irregularly running engine and/or emergency running are common problems. After removing a filter and ultrasonic cleaning the injector, the injector gets tested. The injector is controlled and we look at the spray pattern and yield. We also perform a leak test in case an injector is dripping. The next step is putting fuel pressure on the injector without controlling it. By means of ultrasonic cleaning of the injector and extensive testing with clean test fluid, we can resolve many problems.
